Item 2 600 Tank Farm Road project- Looking at Attachment 3 page 6 of 6 in your packet. I support and strongly advise the connection of this Project to Industrial Road. This bike/ped. Connection allows access to the north and downtown via Sacramento Street bike lanes as well as access to the Damon Garcia Sports Complex. I also support the Class II and IV bike faculties along Tank farm Road. Item 3 Climate Action Plan ATCP input from and Completing the Active Transportation Plan. It is very important to complete the Active Transportation Plan and Include the POLICIES as listed by staff in this item.-. And more importantly making sure the Connected 2.1 _Completing the Active Transportation Plan AND begin implantation of the plan IMMMEDIATELY. The LUCE, the older bike plan, the Climate Action Plan , green house gas reduction and the traffic congestion issues, all are addressed and the goal of each are met by building the Bicycle and Pedestrian infrastructure.
