Education and Qualifications: My candidacy for Mayor was inspired by my desire and the collective
need to reinforce San Luis Obispo’s foundation of safety, stability, and opportunity.
Our resilience has been tested and I’ve been in the eye of the storm alongside you. As a wife, mother of
grade-school children, and a downtown business owner, I have witnessed firsthand the strains of the
adversity we face. It’s time for qualified and experienced leadership grounded in a clear vision of a
promising and inclusive future.
My life experiences have prepared me to best represent and serve our community members, students,
seniors, families, and businesses of the one-of-a-kind City we all love and call home. SLO desperately
needs practical, responsible solutions for the array of challenges we face. I’m committed to leading us to
a healthy and viable future for all.
As a 7th generation Californian and Central Coast native, I have a deep love for SLO. I understand that the
decisions we make today will impact our future. My priorities include commnuity safety, economic
vitality, and protecting the environment.
The San Luis Obispo we all love is still here. Unity in our commUNITY will pave the path to resilience and
brighter days ahead.
