This caused me to do some investigation into what was actually being proposed as I am one of the owners of Bear Valley Center, located directly across the street at 12300 Los Osos Valley Road In doing so, I learned that one of the requirements for this Project was to install a raised median in the center of Los Osos Valley Road. A median such as the one I believe is being proposed will eliminate access to all of the tenants in this Center whose customers wish to access them from the west and eliminate any left turn exit for any customers who wish to leave the Center heading east. These are primarily small "mom and pop" tenants who work hard to make a living in good times and in these current times, which may go on for several years, are suffering. To cut access to them in half and discourage customers because they cannot enter or exit the Center in their desired direction could very well drive them out of business. We do not oppose the Project; in fact, we feel it provides a needed addition to the community. We strongly encourage you to work with us and to consider the needs of our tenants to, create a design for the median that gives the tenants acceptable access. The location and design of the Center lends itself to such a design. ,Sincerely, John Rossetti Loa Osos Valley Associates, LP
