Subject:Support for 1144 Chorro Development
Dear City Council,
I am writing today to share my full support for the 1144 Chorro project.
This is a much-needed development for our community, as it will provide a great amount of housing in the downtown
area, but also large office spaces that could help revitalize it. Having occupancy in the downtown core not only during
the day, but also at nighttime would be a defining factor in the success of every retail and public spaces surrounding the
area.
I also feel like the building scale is extremely appropriate considering the tremendous value it will bring to the
community.
Thank you for taking the time to read my email, and I hope this project will be approved and move along after
tomorrow's hearing.
