To whom it may concern,
I am emailing in support of the downtown project at 1144 Chorro, which will be reviewed by City Council this week.
The project is a great addition to the downtown core and will provide much needed housing in our community.
Downtown housing will also help to support the local businesses and restaurants in the area, helping to preserve and
grow our community for decades to come. The scale of the project is appropriate when compared to the size of the
parking structure next door, and outdoor dining opportunities will help to activate the street.
I hope that city council will have a positive review of the project, and will approve the required planned development
overlay.
