Dear Members of the City Council,
I am writing to express my support for the project at 1144 Chorro Street which is Item #16 on the
agenda. I have followed the project through its review and feel that the project will be a great addition
to our downtown, and bring much needed housing and vitality to this corner, which has been vacant
and underutilized for many years. We need to provide more projects like these within our urban
boundaries so that we do not sprawl into our surrounding green areas. This project captures the
character and charm of our downtown without detracting from the existing downtown.
Please accept my support for 1144 Chorro.
