Subject:I support this Climate Action Plan
Fighting climate change needs to happen on a city level. If SLO continues to be ambitious in its efforts to decarbonize the
city, we can become a model city that can demonstrate to others how it can be done, and how it leads to better quality
of life for all.
I stand with the SLO Climate Coalition and the City's Sustainability Team in their efforts to decarbonize the city. The
proposed 2020 Climate Action Plan is a bold step to achieve the equitable and resilient future I want future generations
to have. Please adopt it and allocate the necessary resources to leverage our climate goals to support clean economic
recovery.
