Thank you for prioritizing this issue and thanks to your staff for doing excellent work. I’m confident that you will adopt the plan—my bigger concern is about implementation. I ask that in addition to adopting the plan you fully commit to rapid implementation of the plan. The plan includes numerous strategies that require funding, staff time, and additional action by the council. There is no time to wait.
