To the Mayor and Council Members,
I apologize for being tardy in my correspondence regarding the project before you this evening.
I will keep this short, respecting your time. I agree with many of the reasonings from Allan Cooper and others that the
density and height of this proposal is simply not in alignment with city policies. If parking is not available onsite, the
surrounding neighborhood will by default become the location of choice for the residents with vehicles. It seems you
have come to distain residents all over town in favor of big developers.
I have more quibbles with this exceptionally dense and tall project, and I suggest you buck up and just say “NO” to this
new nail in the coffin of our once lovely downtown.
