Council Members,
I'm writing in support of the rezoning and approval of the project at 1144 Chorro Street. This would be a great addition
to the city - providing storefront and office space for local businesses and much needed housing for residents. The
building will only enhance the city's character and diversity, allowing more residents to live and work in the downtown
close to the offices, shops and services they need, creating a more vibrant downtown and reducing traffic congestion
throughout the rest of the city. I'm excited to see this project contribute to the beautiful city of SLO.
