Hello!
I expressed my (our support) in favor of the proposed project at 1144 Chorro Street in July and both Melissa and I want
to reach out again and re-emphasize that we are behind this with 100% support.
We feel strongly that the revitalization this project will bring to the downtown is even more important now that ever.
With the effects of Covid, the economy and seeing so many needing to shutter (so far), we feel strongly that moving this
project forward with Jamestown at the helm is the best thing for downtown SLO. That building has sat empty for over 5
years and it's time to build it anew, bring some excitement to that side of downtown and help our downtown economy.
We are speaking as a tenants of Jamestown as well as a resident of SLO. You have our full support.
