Project: 1042 Olive (AFFH-0269-2020)
Objection Points:
1. According to State allowance density is 6.24 for his lot size so should not be permitted more
than that because considering current Covid-19 pandemic and future health considerations .
2. Traffic impact on Olive Street specially added Retail shops plus housing.
3. Parking reduction was already given which will be a problem for neighbor's parking lot and on
Olive Street road side.
4. Considering surrounding neighborhood buildings, height of the structures should not be allowed
more than 25' (feet).
5. Main structure set back of surrounding neighbors is 53 feet so this project should not be allowed
less than 53 feet. Back side of the project building will block our solar panel and will be
unproductive, So it should not be allowed to be more than 25feet high.
6. At present covid-19 pandemic should not allowed back to back units in order to prevent virus
spread.
