According to State allowance density is 6.24 for his lot size so should not be permitted more than that because considering current Covid-19pandemicand future health considerations . 2. Traffic impact on Olive Street specially added Retail shops plus housing. 3. Parking reduction was already given which will be a problem for neighbor's parking lot and on Olive Street road side. 4. Considering surrounding neighborhood buildings, height of the structures should not be allowed more than 25' (feet). 5. Main structure set back of surrounding neighbors is 53 feet so this project should not be allowed less than 53 feet. 6. At present covid-19pandemicshould not allowed back to back units in orderto prevent virus spread. Thank you very much for considering above points before passing the project.
