Dear Council Members:
I, Rick Olmstead, representing Mountainbrook Church, am writing to
ask you to approve the Villagio Retirement Community Project at
1503 Froom Ranch Way, adjacent to Mountainbook Church.
This project will enhance not only our community, but also the landscape,
along with providing beautiful, secure homes for our seniors, while also
bringing added job opportunities and income into San Luis Obispo and
the county as well!
Villagio has been so well planned, even down to the basin on the
Mountainbrook Church property, that we not only support the project,
but would like to recommend that you approve the project, for the
benefit of all!
