Community Agreements
•Strive for intellectual/cultural humility. Give each other grace.
•Participating fully can look different for everyone.
•Lean into discomfort. Challenge by choice.
•Pop the bubble and break down concepts (i.e. Ask questions).
•Practice gender expansive language.
•Recognize how your identity informs your perspective.
•Acknowledge intent. Prioritize Impact.
•Challenge the idea not the person.
+Member Additions:
•Be present as much as possible.
•Focus on solutions.
•Assume positive intent.
•Celebration of the differences.
•Be open to unlearning.
•Accepting there is a lot of pain, which could equate to
emotional conversations, which is okay.
