Honorable Chair and Committee Members -
As you can see on the second page below, eight of the trees slated for removal exceed 16
inches in circumference and four of the trees are coastal redwoods. Twelve of these mature
trees occur along the perimeter of the site and could easily be incorporated into an amended
site plan without reducing the total number of units. Please do not approve the removal of all 18
trees. Thank you.
