Staff Presentation By: Kyle Bell, Associate Planner 830 Orcutt Road Orcutt Mixed Use ARCH-0764-2019 Review of 18 tree removals and replanting plan of 19 trees as part of a mixed-use project located at 830 Orcutt Road consisting of approximately 1,500 square feet of commercial/office space and 15 residential dwelling units.
