approximately 1,500 square feet of commercial/office space and 15

Recommend the Planning Commission find the
proposed tree removal and replanting plan for the

Recommendation
Recommend the Planning Commission find the
proposed tree removal and replanting plan for the
project at 1691 Fredericks consistent with the Tree
Regulations.

Preservation of 14 trees
