The garage (originally a carriage house) has historic significance to the existing residence, which is located on the City’s Master List of Historic Resources. Changes to the garage
may require review by the Cultural Heritage Committee (CHC) for consistency with the Historic Preservation Ordinance and Guidelines and Secretary of Interior Standards. Please refer
to those documents for more information and provide the following:
Clearly note all changes and areas of change on the floor plan.
Include an existing and proposed elevation with colors and materials labeled.
