Mayor and City Council,
Recreational night use on San Luis Mountain is a controversial issue & needs to be removed from the consent agenda
and set to a future date as a regular agenda item allowing public input and full discussion.
This will also allow time for the consultant’s EIR to be daylighted and discussed. It has not even been shared with the
public and was not even included in the Agenda Packet or elsewhere on the city’s website. It's only fair to all involved.
