disclosable public records in the possession of the City of San Luis Obispo for the following items:
• Any and all Traffic Collision Reports for any traffic accidents, ever occurring, at any
time, at the intersection of Laurel Lane and Johnson Avenue in the City of San Luis
Obispo . ---
• Any and all traffic incident reports/or any and all traffic incidents, ever occurring, at
any time, at the intersection of Laurel Lane and Johnson Avenue in the City of San Luis
Obispo .
• Any and all Traffic Citations issued for any moving violations in a motor vehicle, ever
occurring, at any time, at the intersection of Laurel Lane and Johnson in the City of San

• Any and all traffic studies ever conducted by, or on behalf of, the City of San Luis Obispo,
at any time, relating to the intersection of Laurel Lane and Johnson in the City of San

San Luis Obispo relating to the intersection of Laurel Lane and Johnson Avenue in the
City of San Luis Obispo.
• Any and all complaints, ever submitted, at any time to the City of San Luis Obispo
relating to the intersection of Laurel Lane and Johnson Avenue in the City of San Luis
0/Jispo.
• Any and all lawsuits ever filed, at any time, against the City of San Luis Obispo relating
to the intersection of Laurel Lane and Johnson Avenue.
