SUBJECT: Consent Item # 15:Successor Memorandum of Agreement Between The City of
San Luis Obispo and The San Luis Obispo City Employees’ Association
(SLOCEA)–Ratification of the Agreement
As stated in the staff report on this item, the parties reached a Tentative Agreement on November
20, 2020, pending SLOCEA ratification by vote of the membership and Council approval. The
City received confirmation (attached) thatthe SLOCEAmembership ratified the Successor
Memorandum of Agreement as of December 7, 2020.
