Subject:Item #20 Draft Active Transportation Plan
Dear Council Members.
Was there any noticing to residential neighborhoods for any designs that may affect residents living along those street
segments?. Did the City follow the notification guidelines that have been established?
I was quite surprised to not only see.the Greenway Designations,
Ped/Bike Neighborhood Greenway Oceanaire Dr Froom Ranch Way Atascadero St
Ped/Bike Neighborhood Greenway Atascadero St Oceanaire Dr Galleon Way
Ped/Bike Neighborhood Greenway 220 Galleon Way Atascadero St Oceanaire Dr
Bike Protected Bike Lane 218 Oceanaire Dr Galleon Way Los Osos Valley Rd
But this_
Oceanaire Dr Galleon Way Los Osos Valley Rd Two‐way protected bikeway linking to LOVR Safe Routes to School Path
Requires parking Requires parking removal.
How can the City in good conscience not notify residents along these segments in the Laguna Lake area. Actually any
neighborhood areas. Something is wrong.
Sincerely,
Brett Cross
