No need to adjust the setback to further overdevelop this block of Orcutt - the current development at 950 Orcutt is plenty! Imagine 76 residential units with no reliable parking: trucks don’t fit, the structure designed in Germany seems to lack consideration for seismic, and the electricity for the building to function has no on-site back. The people living in these units will face significant hardship when their car are towed away… Please consider no further development without practical parking and outdoor living space.
