address is POST OFFICE BOX 3460, SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA 93403-3460; and GRANITE
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a California corporation ("Beneficiary"), whose mailing address
is POST OFFICE BOX 50085, WATSONVILLE, CA 95077-5085 for Real Property located at
1035 MADONNA ROAD, SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA, recorded September 5, 2019, as
Document No. 2019-037382, in the Official Records of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, does hereby consent to each and all of k terms and provisions of the HISTORIC
,PRESERVATION EASEMENT previously recordedIr recorded concurrently herewith, and does
hereby subordinate the interests of its DEED OF TRUST to the entire effect of that HISTORIC
