Subject:Budget Planning and Open Space
Dear Mayor and Council:
Please consider our request that you make preservation of Open Space/Natural Reserves a Major City
Budget Goal. It is vital to our environment, the beauty of our city, tourism, the health of our economy, and
to our enjoyment of living here. Please do not let our unique open space and natural reserves become a
lesser consideration. It should be a top priority.
