Due to unforeseen circumstances, Staff recommends Item #4, ARCH-0256-2020 (Jones Ranch
Mixed-Use Project) be continued to a date certain, March 10, 2021. The recommended
continuance has been discussed with the applicant, and the applicant is agreeable to the
continuance and recommended hearing date.
