This workshop is a brief intensive educational program for grant recipients that focuses on the procedures and services of the grant. It is designed as kick-off to guide funded organizations
though the grant requirements, inform them of the promotional services for granted events and connect them with the administrative team that will support them through the grant year.

Who Should Attend: Representative(s) from the organization who is responsible for administering the grant requirements including positions related to marketing or promoting the event
Who Will Be There: City’s Tourism Team, Chamber representatives for promotional services, Parks & Recreation representative(?), Office of Sustainability representative, members of the
PCC
