Corrections to Position Paper Submitted by Appellant
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the previously submitted position paper by
appellant was inadvertently submitted under the name the Sub Corporation, LTD.
instead of the appellants correct name which is Square Deal Recordings and
Supplies, Inc. This error was in part a result of the notice of hearing from the City
being addressed incorrectly to the Sub Corporation, LTD. Appellant Square Deal
Recordings and Supplies, Inc hereby adopts the previously submitted position
paper in its entirely.
Also attached or sent concurrently herewith is a copy of a photograph that
shows the configuration and existence of shipping containers on the subject
property prior to the time that the citing ordinance was adopted and became
effective.
