CALL TO ORDER: A Regular Meeting of the Jack House Committee was called to order on
Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. via virtual Go To Webinar software, by Chair Chuck Crotser.
ROLL CALL: Chair Chuck Crotser, Committee Members: Toni Kincaid, Dorothy Sundbye, Julie
Moore and Chair: Chuck Crotser

CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES AND FINANCIAL REPORTS
1. Review Minutes of the Jack House Committee Meeting of October 28,
2021 and Financial Reports and Expenditures
(SETTERLUND)
MOTION BY COMMITTEE MEMBER KINCAID, SECOND BY COMMITTEE MEMBER SETTLE, AND
CARRIED 3:0:0 to approve the Financial Reports and Expenditures for January 2021.

2. Art Restoration - Steps Required for Accepting Funds

Committee Comment:
Chair Crotser: Nominated Jack Family Member Katchy Andrews to review conditions
survey select works that need restoration attention and acquire estimate for work to be
done.
3. Jack House Signage Replacement
(CROTSER)
Committee Comment:
Chair Crotser: Will bring design and an estimate of cost for approval to the next Jack
House Meeting for approval

4. Winter Building and Ground Maintenance Requests
(SETTERUND)
Committee Comment:
Members Crotser and Kincaid: Stated they will develop list of potential Winter
projects for Building Facilities and Parks Maintenance
5. Carpet Cleaning Scheduling and funding
(SETTERLUND)
Committee Comment:
Member Settle: Stated cleaning should take place after roof repair.

Committee Comment:
No comments due to technical issues.
ADJOURNMENT
The next Regular Meeting of the Jack House Committee is scheduled
for Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at 5:30 p.m., in the Parks and Recreation Conference
Room, 1341 Nipomo Street, San Luis Obispo, California.
