U/A T-1 found 1976 Rolls Royce with moderate smoke and fire emitting from all windows and fire seen in rear tire driver side. A 1 story single family residence was threatened by vehicle half parked inside of garage. T-1 Established IC Requested additional Engine Evacuated residence ( and dog) Extinguished fire using 100' preconnected 13/4" hoseline Driver side and passenger side windows breeched for access to fire E3 Assigned to water supply. T-1 extinguished fire and salvaged all contents in glove box and seat storage area as Mr. requested. Removal of front and back lic plate as Mr. requested. T-1 Requested AAA for Mr. Investigation revealed that Mr. Alpert drove vehicle to Los Osos for a routine visit. When he returned he stated that the brakes felt as though they were engaged through end of drive. As he pulled half way into garage he noticed white smoke then flames emitting from rear drivers side tire/muffler area. As flames grew larger he contacted 911 and attempted to extinguish fire with small extinguisher. Denied injury. No structural damaged noted. See Pics if needed.
