This document establishes the minimum requirements for periodic inspection, testing, and maintenance of water based fire protection systems, including land-based and marine applications. YES F.S. Where access is by means of a private road and the building cannot be viewed from the public way, a monument, pole or other sign or means shall be used to identify the structure. YES F.L. Provide Clearance/Signage Roof Access - Required access to building openings and roofs. Exterior doors and openings required by this code or the California Building Code shall be maintained readily accessible for emergency access by the Fire Department. YES F.L.
