I did not mean to upset any of my neighbors that day. I don't have any excuses, it was a series of mistakes on my part. Its hard to explain my feelings on this, but I've never had a noise violation like this before, and if there was/or is anything I can do, I would gladly do it. I don't know if this is where I'm supposed to explain my case, but I'm on unemployment because I lost one of my jobs, and I will be charged by Cal West for each violation as well (unless I am off some sort of list so they told me).
