At the Tuesday, February 16 Board Meeting, the Superintendent for the San Luis Coastal Unified School District will recommend to the Board of Education that the district's reopening plan align with the revised CDPH and CDC safety guidelines adopted on January 14th. 2. If approved, the District will begin the transition back to in - person learning. 3. Proposed Timeline 1. March 4: Kindergarten - 2nd grades will begin in -person learning in a hybrid am/pm model 2. March 8: Grades 3-6 will begin in person learning in a hybrid am/pm model 3. March 15: Grades 7-12 will begin in -person learning in the hybrid model if CDPH Red Tier Guidance of <7/100,000 case rate + five days is met 2 New Parking Pay Stations 1. Beginning on February 22, 2021, 50 on -street pay stations will be installed in the downtown core. 2. The stations will operate using a pay -by -plate process so customers will not have to display a permit/receipt in their vehicle and will be replacing the single space meters which will create more space on sidewalks for pedestrian usage. 3.
