Subject: Development Plans for Bridge Street, San Luis Obispo

I have been living since 2019 in 255, Bridge Street with my husband Eric.
I got knowledge about this project from a neighbor next to us and I realize now by studying these plans that they deviate
for the most part in density and extent from some previous plans I have heard about some years ago. I object strongly
that about 90 units will be built on a small area directly in front of our eyes. This is an architecture, who is toward
economocally growth oriented and does take from owners of Bridge Street all their quality of life which we hoped we
would have by buying a home in San Luis Obispo. We already have a huge homelessproblem, which nobody could do
anything about. I guess, we live with it and that's fine. But poverty in a dense crowded industrial complex, which is
planned to build, I know very well from Berlin, will bring even more socialeconomical problems. San Luis Obispo was up
to now one of the few towns in California, who was able to keep their lovely spirit and beauty. Therefore I ask you
urgently to review all the plans in respect to an architecture, who serves us more as humans.
Thank you for reading my email.
