Business Resources The City and County are operating within the State of California's Blueprint for a Safer Economy with revised criteria for loosening and tightening activities in response to VID-19. Every counter in California is assigned to a tier based on its test positivity and adjusted case rate. Data is reviewed weekly and tiers are updated on Tuesdays.
