I am very OPPOSED to the changes recommended in the August 2 letter ......item # 3. Each house
already has parking for at least 2 offsite ( 4 with garage) No One should be allowed more than 2
additional permits. WE are already overwhelmed by rental housing and new guest units and garage
conversions without providing additional parking..and ....you don't enforce the current program !! No
Permits, cars parked in driveways that block the sidewalk and handicap ramps ... I'm not sure what I
get for paying into the program.... its just another tax.
Please reconsider and void item 3..... no more than 2 permits per residence!!!
