Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. To whom it may concern, My name is Lindsay Kellogg, and I am a resident of 2008 McCollum Street. I am writing to insert my opinion on the proposed changes of the parking permit district processes. I highly agree with the new elements of this process. Living in a large house with several roommates who all have their own vehicle, it has been very inconvenient having only two parking permits. Additionally, it is irritating and a waste of time being forced to find alternative locations for people to park when we have guests over. The most frustrating aspect of it all is that there is a very large section of open curb space in the front of the house and a space on the side of our house that we are unable to utilize. It is unnecessary and illogical to be unable to park in front of the house we are paying for due to the fact that only two permits are issued regardless of the amount of curb space. It is much more fair and rational to be issued permits based upon curb space relative to the property itself. I am very supportive of these proposed changes and hope to receive several additional parking permits in the near future. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Lindsay Kellogg 1
