Thanks for the additional info.
1. It seems as the commercial properties need their own parking district as there is no equitable solution trying to
integrate commercial with residential, which is probably why there are residential zones and commercial zones.
2. The suggested 60% rule needs to include property owners as well as occupants. What seems convenient this year can
certainly be inconvenient other years.
3. Owners should continue to be responsible for the distribution of their 2 parking permits. It is hard to believe that the
existing system is more complicated then the proposed permit by occupant.
