Planning Commission,
The current plans will provide direct line of sight from ~10+ residences into my three year-old daughter's bedroom at
close proximity. As a resident of an adjoining property I am deeply concerned by the proximity of the new development
to the southern property line. At present, the plans suggest a 40ft setback from the creek to the North and half that to
the south. I believe the future residents of 279 Bridge street would prefer a closer view of nature over a child in her
bedroom. I know that I as a parent would.
