Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. Dear Council, I spent about an hour reviewing this agenda item. I may have missed it, but I did not read how this 23 lot subdivision is consistent with the City’s General Plan Housing Element Inclusionary Housing Policy, or the City’s Inclusionary Housing ordinance. As I read it, any subdivision of 5 or more residential lots is subject to this ordinance. If this project is exempt for some technical reason, I was unable to find a discussion of that in either the PC or Council staff reports or the draft approval resolution. Nor do any of the permitted exemptions in the ordinance seem applicable in this case.
