To Whom It May Concern,
We are the property owners of 730 High Street which shares a property line with 1953 Chorro
Street. We support the city’s decision to deny the setback exception for the large structure built in the
backyard of 1953 Chorro.
The building currently sits closer than the 18” exception mentioned in the application.
This building is very large, industrial, and out of place next to the neighboring buildings. It is
especially imposing on our property as it extends high above the fence and boxes-in our property.
