Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. Please add to the S. Higuera Quick Build Project an extension on Madonna Rd. With recent completion of the Madonna Rd. cycle-track, the only missing link connecting the bike corridor from LOVR (Laguna Middle School) to Broad St and on to Johnson Ave. is the section on Madonna Rd from Higuera to the Madonna Inn (Projects 6 &10 on Tier 1 Network Project Prioritization List). A quick build on Madonna is amazingly simple. All that needs to happen is to quick build a protected bike lane extending the new cycle-track (from where it ends at the Madonna Inn) to Higuera, on the same side of the road that the new cycle-track was installed. And fortunately, there is the width to do this without losing vehicle travel lanes. Please add this simple extension to the Higuera quick build project as part of the engineering analysis.
