THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the attached Irrevocable and
Perpetual Offer to Dedicate (Sewer Easement), dated June 15, 2020, from Meissner Lane SLO,
LLC, a California limited liability company and 265 Meissner Lane, LLC, a California limited
liability company is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984 Series), recorded June 15, 1984, in
Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo County, California, upon completion of
the improvements to the satisfaction of the City and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by
its duly authorized officer or his agent.

The east 25.00 feet of said Parcels 10 and 12 lying north of the northerly line of the
public pedestrian and bicycle easements lying within said Lot 12.
Together with all of the public pedestrian and bicycle easements lying within said Lot
12.
The land described contains 17,701 square feet more or less and is shown graphically on
Exhibit B herein attached.
