INFORMATION NEEDED: For each record, describe type, date, subject, title, etc. Please be very specific.
Documents establishing (1) the date of separation from employment with the City of San Luis Obispo of Tom FitGerald, Building
Inspector, Department of Building and Planning; (2) records of all commulnications between any employee of the City of San Luis
Obispo and Tom FitzGerald since his date of separation; (3) records related to the current mailing address of Tom FitzGerald,
telephone number; (4) records of conversations and oral and written communications with Tom FitzGerald since September 1, 2020
and the date of separations, regarding 679 or 677 Monterey St. San Luis Obispo, by anyone employed by or acting in behalf of the
City of San Luis Obispo; (5) documents of any legal services provided by or in behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo to Tom FitGerald
since the initiation of his employment to the current date; (6) Any claims investigations regarding Tom FitGerald's actions as Building
Inspector regarding 679 and or 677 Monterey St., San Luis Obispo either while employed or since separation from the City.
YOUR REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PUBLIC RECORDS ACT.
California Government Cede Section b253 (c). Each agency, upon a request for a copy of records, shall, within IQ days from receipt of the request determine whether
the request, in whole or in part seeks copies of disclosoble public records in the possession of the agency and shall promptly notify the person making the request of
the determination and the reasons therefore. In unusual circumstances, the rime limit prescribed in this section may be extended by written notice by the head of the
agency or his or her designee to the person making the request, setting forth the reasons for the extension and the date on which a determination is expected to be
dispatched. No notice shall specify a date that would result in an extension for more than 14 days!

As used in this section, unusual circumstances" means, but only to the extent reasonably necessary to the proper processing of the particular request, 1)The need to
