Documents establishing (1) the date of separation from employment with the City of San Luis Obispo of Tom FitGerald, Building Inspector, Department of Building and Planning; (2) records of all commulnications between any employee of the City of San Luis Obispo and Tom FitzGerald since his date of separation; (3) records related to the current mailing address of Tom FitzGerald, telephone number; (4) records of conversations and oral and written communications with Tom FitzGerald since September 1, 2020 and the date of separations, regarding 679 or 677 Monterey St. San Luis Obispo, by anyone employed by or acting in behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo; (5) documents of any legal services provided by or in behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo to Tom FitGerald since the initiation of his employment to the current date; (6) Any claims investigations regarding Tom FitGerald's actions as Building Inspector regarding 679 and or 677 Monterey St., San Luis Obispo either while employed or since separation from the City. YOUR REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PUBLIC RECORDS ACT. California Government Cede Section b253 (c).
