Council, why is the City out of compliance with not only local SLO city municipal code but also California
Vehicle Code, specifically as it relates to 15.40.300 and the posted “together” signs on multiple utility
poles and traffic control devices downtown SLO. The residents of SLO demand this violation be
corrected immediately so as to avoid liability.

Who authorized the signs downtown?
Not only are they out of compliance with city municipal code but also Calif Vehicle Code. As such,
