Re. the Master Plan for Parks and Recreation expenditures:
The Sinsheimer Baseball Park's restrooms are in a deplorable and terrible state, and have been for many years.
They have received the lowest rating of any facility in San Luis Obispo. I strongly urge you to allocate funds to
improve the restrooms at this facility.
