Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. Dear Parks and Recreation Commission, My name is Gabe Jantos, and I am an 8th grader who lives in SLO. I am writing to you to accelerate the development of a city built bike park and pump track. I was devastated to see that the Costco bike jumps were destroyed. I had been going there often to develop my bike jumping skills, have a lot of fun, and even ride around and teach my 7 year old brother how to roll over features. I think that building fun but safe jumps for the town will bring a exciting new learning experience for people of all ages, while also being authorized and maintained, unlike the jumps at Costco. A few suggestions for places to build are Laguna lake park and/or near Sinsheimer park. these are both centrally located in San Luis, and are very open, close places for people to ride over for a fun, enjoyable day. Sincerely, Gabe 1
