Dear Mayor & City Council,
I am a customer of Natural Healing Center and a resident of the city and county of San Luis Obispo. I am also a voter and a taxpayer.
I want to express my full support of the City of SLO revoking the cannabis permit(s) of NHC’s dispensary before they even have the chance to open.
NHC’s owners have tarnished the legal cannabis industry with its admitted corrupt and illegal dealings.
The decision to revoke NHC’s permit was appropriate.
I urge you to reaffirm your decision at your next city council meeting on October 19th and move to reopen the cannabis permitting process so that truly reputable operators have a fair
and equitable opportunity to apply for the limited dispensary permits allowed by the City of San Luis Obispo.
NHC should not be allowed to open its new store my illegal means. By allowing the permit application process to reopen the city will demonstrate that it is only interested in working
with upstanding cannabis operations to benefit our citizens, local organizations, charities and city tax revenue. Doing less would only perpetuate the stereotype that the cannabis industry
is run by criminals and organized crime.
I urge you on October 19th to reaffirm the decision made by the city to revoke NHC’s permits.
Please vote NO to allow NHC to open its new store.
