1. Natural Healing Center's Operation Permit
City staff conducted careful review of NHC's permit application,
background check, and supporting records.
Oct. 6 - NHC notified of automatic disqualification of application
and termination of permit because the City found that NHC
provided false/misleading information as part of permit application
process.
Oct. 14 - NHC responded in writing
Oct. 15 - NHC representatives and City Manager and City Attorney
met with NHC to hear their arguments (recording is available on
our website)
Today: NHC notified that automatic disqualification of application
and termination of permit unchanged.
NHC may seek judicial review within 90 days.

Bike Bridge Installation
Bridge assembly will occur in the morning Friday,
October 22, 2021
Recommended viewing area is at the end of the
Phillips Lane cul-de-sac or on the Mill Street
railroad bridge.
