Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I am requesting any and all records pertaining to new employee contracts,
or similar records, for any new employees of the City of San Luis Obispo from the period of August 1, 2021 to November
1, 2021.
Government Code Section 6254.8 clearly states: "Every employment contract between a state or local agency and any
public official or public employee is a public record which is not subject to the provisions of Sections 6254 and 6255."
I am requesting any and all records within this categorically protected area for new hires from August 1, 2021 to
November 1, 2021.
